My experience in having Sylvie as a Yoga teacher has been very beneficial. I have taken yoga classes for more than 30 years and her gentle reminders during class, her "reading" of what each person needs that day and her wonderful chanting voice makes each class with Sylvie a delight to be savoured over and over again.
